Refund policy

Bombae Swim gladly provides free returns for store credit on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that Bombae Swim is not responsible for losses or damages during transit. 

It's important to note that Bombae Swim reserves the right to refuse a store credit if the returned item(s) do not meet our quality standards or are not in their original condition. Prior to shipping, each piece is handmade with you in mind and undergoes a thorough quality check. We strongly recommend trying on the suits with undergarments or protective pads to maintain their original condition. In compliance with health regulations, we will decline any pieces that show signs of being soiled, worn, or stained. Stains encompass marks from bodily fluids, as well as spots from deodorant and/or makeup.

To start a return, please email us at Contact@bombaeswim.com. Please include your Name, Address, Order #, Item being returned with reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
